Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Home for Children Trust activities on secure online payment gateway as under:

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.

Welcome to this web-site of Home for Children Trust. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the cause on payment gateway as under:-

For Receiving Donation:

No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the rural development, social development, education, health, environment and sanitation, human rights, and other developmental activities of the organization.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on ISD Trust will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. I.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Home for Children Trust.

Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Home for Children Trust with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. Home for Children Trust will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
